While traveling in the area from Maine, our 2026 2500 Ram was having issues draining the battery. After checking with some local Ram dealerships, LPK service team was able to get our truck into their schedule. The issue was diagnosed and problem addressed under warranty. The service team was great to deal with and got us back on the road fairly quickly. Appreciate their efforts to help us.

We had an emergent situation with our vehicle on a road trip, and ended up at LPK Friday shortly before closing. The entire staff was fantastic... specifically Suzie and Kari. They were able to diagnose the problem, and get us a rental vehicle to continue on to see our son for his first Father's Day. Sales persons very helpful, used vehicles are not detailed well enough,dirty under hood, wheel wells dirty ,door jams and doors not whiped clean , interiors, vents, trim coffee dips , scuff marks from shoes on doors and console , tires worn, price is $3 k too high compared to other trucks i am currently looking at ! Trade in value about $500 low.

Larry Gardner is first class in customer service. He makes the entire car buying experience less stressful by being a true partner in the process. He is very knowledgeable of the car market and evolving technology. He goes on test drives with his customers and explains everything. On my way home from Detroit to Indianapolis, I had an incident where my jeep wrangler front caliper locked up. Fortunately the team at LPK was able to get me in, recommend a local tow company and I was back up and running in about 3 hours start to finish at a reasonable price. They were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and I'm grateful they were able to work me in - just in time to avoid a huge thunderstorm. I'd highly recommend LPK for your service needs.

I had to get my 05 wrangler cam shaft replaced. LPK communicated and explained everything that was going on. In 3 days I had my Wrangler back and it runs great!
Beware! Ohio has NO "Lemon Law" and LPK sold my relative a truck and the engine went out within 10 days and they won't help in any way.
If you don’t mind buying a car that has been wrecked before and has no carfax on it then this is your place. I bought a 2022 Chevy Silverado and the front passenger side has 3/4” bondo in it, brackets are bent up underneath and the drivers side bedside has been replaced and has heavy bondo it as well. I went in there, not wanting to talk them down much at all, I just wanted a good vehicle for a fair price. Now I know how these people do business so I’ll never buy another vehicle from them again.
I wouldn't to buy a car from this place. I bought a car a week ago and on my way home the low oil light came on. So I changed the oil the next day then the oil gauge went from 0-80 constantly fluctuating between the two so I changed out the oil pressure sensor. The problem still was there so I took it to a mechanic and they said that cylinder 2 was only getting 20 pounds of pressure and cylinder 7 wasn't getting any pressure and that I need a whole new engine to fix the problem. My wife and I went in with a $350 monthly payment budget and a trade in 2014 ford focus. We wanted a used mini van. Right when we walked in Chelsey put us in an suv and stated they didn’t have any vans on lot. Then had us sit for 3 HOURS while they estimated my trade in, offered me $200 and a $1200 down payment with a $590 monthly payment. Carvana offered me $800 on my vehicle, so I know $200 is not correct. This is probably the worst dealership I have ever been to. Will not be visiting again, and will highly refer people AWAY

LPK has been my families return dealer when looking for our cars. We go on with a goal and expectation and they listen to us and help us fulfill it. Staff friendly and attentive to my deal. I will recommend this dealership to family and friends. The process was handled quickly, maybe too quickly. I wanted a particular truck but we could not agree on monthly payments. I was shown one more truck and pressed forward. Just as much my fault, I would have liked to look at a number of trucks that were in my monthly payments range. Overall: a good place to buy from. I have purchased here twice now.

They were very prompt at finding out what was wrong with my car. I’ve been dealing with it for quite some time and they were very helpful and they also found that my car had recalls on it and we’re very prompt at getting those fixed kept in touch with me very well during the process of fixing my car overall, I have no complaints on this dealership. What can I say? All around great experience at LPK with my new vehicle purchase, and trade-in. The salesman, Cam, was very friendly, knowledgeable about the product, and very easy to talk to. He never was pushy to get the sale, very patient. The paperwork was painless (unlike the larger dealerships). All in all, I would definitely return to LPK for my next purchase, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
I went here because of the staff! Lupe is by far the best person I have ever felt with at a car dealership! He has went above and beyond to make me happy and get me in a vehicle I want not the vehicles they want to sell. He has helped me tremendously and knows his stuff! purchased a 2003 Mustang GT from this dealership. I was told by both the salesman and the manager that the only issues with the car were cosmetic interior problems and a fuel tank leak they claimed to have fixed, which they did. I have texts from them saying this. I later discovered severe mechanical and structural problems, including multiple fluid leaks,(rack and pinion, both rear calipers, oil pan, power steering, rear differential) rust holes in the frame, and failing suspension parts. They sell junk, they will rip you off and won’t even feel bad about it. We bought a jeep for $18,000 and it had frame issues. I know someone who many people they have screwed over.
This place screwed my parents over badly on a new car they bought last month July 2025, the car was drove less than 2 days and we took it in to be looked at and it needs a whole new transmission. We are talking a 31,000 car not a 5,000 car . Told they had to put 6,000 in the car . I bought a 2021 Chevy trailblazer from lpk in defiance July 2025, very nice car and low miles, but 2 days after owning the vehicle it started to have issues. I took the car back into Lpk and next day they told me they discovered it had a transmission issue and bought from a lender and was going to reach out if they'd cover some costs and since didn't even put a 100 miles on it would cover.
